Eganu music is a service that provides artists with a platform to display their work, promote their concerts, and present other related content they have created in order to promote themselves on a global level.
Registering as a musician with Eganu will enable you to promote your material, let people hear your music, watch your videos, and get updated on your performances and concerts.
Your use of the eganu music service is subject to the Eganu Terms of Use.
Without derogating from any provision set forth in the Eganu Terms of Use, please note that this service is made available to you strictly subject to your compliance with the following:
1. Eganu respects the proprietary rights of others and prohibits users from submitting to us, uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting or making available on the eganu! website or services any Content (as such term is defined under the Eganu Terms of Use) that violate or misappropriate another party's proprietary rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights and publicity rights. When you use the eganu! music service to upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available for inclusion on the eganu! website (“Posting”) any Content (and yes, it does include your music, lyrics, video clips, band logos etc.) you represent and warrant to us that you are the legal owner of all rights in and to that Content. YOU MUST NOT SUBMIT, UPLOAD OR POST ANY CREATIVE/ARTISTIC WORK USING THIS SERVICE IF YOU ARE NOT THE AUTHENTIC CREATOR THEREOF.
2. By Posting on the eganu! website any of your creative/artistic works, using the eganu! music service, you remain the owner of all your works; However, you give us (and to users and visitors of our website) certain world-wide, non-exclusive and royalty-free license rights with respect to your works, as further specified in the Eganu Terms of Use. These license rights are royalty free, which means you do not get paid (and you expressly waive any rights you may have to receive royalties or any other payment) in relation to the display and/or performance (including the broadcasting and public display and/or performance) and/or any other exploitation of your creative/artistic works in connection with the eganu! website.
By posting on the eganu! website any creative/artistic work (and yes, it does include your music, lyrics, video clips, band logos etc.) you represent and warrant to us that any exploitation by Eganu of such work in connection with the eganu! website (including, but not limited to, the grant of access to, and the public performance and/or display of, such work) will not subject Eganu (or any of its affiliates) to any obligation of payment of royalties or other payments of any kind to any third party, including any local or international society of authors and composers (such as, but not limited to, Acum, CISAC etc.). YOU MUST NOT SUBMIT, UPLOAD OR POST ANY CREATIVE/ARTISTIC WORK USING THIS SERVICE IF SUCH WORK IS PART OF THE ACUM REPERTORY OR THE REPERTORY OF ANY OTHER SOCIETY OF AUTHORS AND COMPOSERS OR ORGANIZATION OF THE LIKE. If you are a member of Acum and/or any other society of authors and composers or other organization of the like (or if your creative/artistic work is part of the Acum Repertory or the repertory of such other society of authors and composers or organization of the like) and you wish to join eganu! music, then please contact us and do not register the eganu! website.
3. You hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Eganu, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agent from and against any and all losses, damages, claims, demands, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and legal costs) arising from or related to your breach of any of the terms set forth in the Eganu Terms of Use and/or your noncompliance with or violation of the aforementioned terms and conditions which govern the use of the eganu! music service.
